Located a few minutes from the famous Grand Place in Brussels, Hotel A La Grande Cloche is a trendy and offbeat boutique hotel. Destination of an active community that recognizes itself in authentic places, 100% LGC is a strong signature with alternative local accents.Completely renovated in 2019, the hotel is still the oldest operating hotel in Brussels. A whole history, therefore, that we wanted to preserve, with architectural and decorative references in connection with the life of the city and the country.LGC is also a restaurant, Pasta Madre, where hotel guests meet the people of Brussels around a gastronic pizza prepared by the best pizzaiolo in Italy, and a large local beer bar.

PastaMadre, that's not mom's pasta! PastaMadre means "leaven" in Italian. It is the basis of all (good) pizza dough: a natural, living, dynamic, evolving leaven. PastaMadre is natural fermentation in honour of the plate by the glass, with the best of the Italian and Belgian terroirs. A pizza with natural sourdough from a Cantillon lambic must During these numerous round trips, a crazy idea came up: making pizza in Brussels, but not just any pizza! A pizza made with natural leaven from a Cantillon lambic wort, topped with the best of Belgian and Italian terroirs, topped with beer and artisanal wines. All that remained was to find the place... The restaurant of LGC, the oldest hotel in operation in Brussels was free, with its beautiful sunny terrace.
