Le Fontane Residence provides everything for an idyllic getaway on Sardinia’s southeast coast. The air-conditioned apartments feature a furnished balcony, a kitchenette with an oven, a TV, an ironing board and iron, a phone for internal use, a shared washing machine, and a hairdryer. The resort’s facilities include a pool, Wi-Fi, a communal area, bikes (€50 deposit), luggage storage, a communal barbecue, parking, a bar and a market.The village centre of Villasimius is a ten- to 15-minute walk away, while the area’s most beautiful beaches are within a radius of a few kilometres. Cagliari’s port and airport are about 50 kilometres away.***Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property (tel +39070791600 mobile +393313166097). Guests have to contact the reception office in advance to obtain the KEY BOX code and thus getting the apartment keys. Check-in after 20:00 may not be guaranteed without prior arrangement and a surcharge of € 50.00 may be applied. COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)UTILITY FEE: from 13.06 to 11.09 per person per day: € 10.00 adult; € 5 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. This fee includes electricity, gas, water, 1 set of bed linens and bath towels for guests. The change of bedlinens is every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights. FINAL CLEANING: B3P-B4P € 80.00; TP5-TP6 € 90.00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
