The hotel is located in a slightly elevated and quiet area of Playa Blanca, approximately 1500 meters from the beach. A free shuttle bus service to Playa Dorada beach is organized several times a day. The hotel consists of 290 modern apartments (renovated in 2015/16), spread over two floors. At the reception, there is an internet corner (for a fee), an international restaurant, an Asian restaurant, and an Italian restaurant. The lobby bar and a TV corner are located in the main building. Free WiFi is available in the lobby bar area, and WiFi throughout the hotel is available for a fee. In the beautiful gardens, there are 3 swimming pools (one of them heated during the winter), a pool bar, as well as a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas (free of charge). Pool towels can be rented with a deposit. The "Dino Park" water park, which is open every day, is located right next to the hotel.
